Galaxy Comparison Lab
Compare two worlds, species, cultures, organizations, or religions using the dimensions that actually make sense for that kind of subject. The lab reads directly from IDS archive data, so it grows as the underlying archives grow.
Suggested comparisons
Start with a meaningful contrast
Each preset switches the lab to the correct archive and loads a pair whose differences reveal something about place, identity, institutions, or belief.

Method
Compare like with like
The lab does not turn social history into a leaderboard. It places documented archive fields side by side, preserves gaps where canon is thin, and links each record back to its full IDS dossier. Species comparisons deliberately separate biology from culture. Religion comparisons treat traditions as internally diverse. Political organizations are compared as institutions rather than as personalities.
