Collector archive · LEGO Star Wars
LEGO Star Wars turns ships, characters, institutions, and famous scenes into physical objects that fans can build, display, collect, and reorganize. This section tracks major current sets with an emphasis on collector-scale builds, Imperial hardware, Sith characters, and recognizable Star Wars icons.
Why it belongs in the archive
LEGO sets do more than reproduce vehicles and characters. They decide what becomes buildable, what details are worth preserving, which characters appear together, and which moments receive premium collector treatment. That makes LEGO Star Wars part of the material culture of fandom alongside cards, figures, books, and other collectibles.
Interactive Star Wars builds
LEGO Star Wars sets from the SMART Play line, kept separate from the standard collector categories so visitors can quickly find the interactive range.
New to SMART Play?
SMART Play is LEGO's interactive play system. A special SMART Brick can react to movement, nearby SMART Tags, and compatible SMART Minifigures with lights, sounds, character reactions, and other play effects. The brick can recognize how it is moved or tapped, while tags tell it what role or behavior to take on.
All-In-One sets include the SMART Brick and charger needed to get started, along with compatible tags and, in many sets, SMART Minifigures. Other compatible SMART Play sets can use a SMART Brick from an All-In-One set to unlock their interactive features.
In short: you still build a normal LEGO Star Wars set, but SMART Play adds responsive lights, sounds, movement-based effects, character interactions, and hidden play features on top of the physical build. Learn about SMART Play at LEGO.com ↗
