THE 3662 BBY BIRTH COHORT

Historical chronology and documented limits

Legends chronologies place births of Mako, Ashara Zavros, Mnah Ra'at, Arra Yooms, Lemda Avesta and Aven Geth in or around 3662 BBY. Their later lives moved through bounty-hunting networks, Jedi education, scientific exploration, and frontier government. The grouping reflects the same chronological year; it is not evidence that all six babies were born in one settlement or participated in a common historical event. Certain companion birthdates are inferred from later biographies and should not be treated as observed births with known days and locations.

Anthropological reading and social consequences

A birth cohort can reveal the range of institutions shaping one generation during prolonged galactic war. People born under the same conflict may inhabit radically different class positions, species communities and political cultures. Comparing their adult paths is more informative than assigning every member a shared wartime ideology. The cohort also allows an archive to distinguish a person's homeworld and background from a political or religious affiliation acquired years later.

Separate this event from later consequences

THE 3662 BBY BIRTH COHORT occurred in or around 3662 BBY. Not every political or personal consequence happened in the same year. A named battle may be a stage of a prolonged war, while a person's career title may have been gained decades after their birth or recruitment.

Anthropological assessment

Long wars shape people who do not yet fight in them. A generation born under conflict inherits altered institutions, family expectations, and economic conditions.
