Masterwork began in February 2015
The first Masterwork release was advertised during 2014, but debuted February 11, 2015. Its premium base checklist contains 50 regular base cards and 25 short prints, all numbered #1–75. Separate original Companions, Defining Moments and Scum & Villainy inserts each have 10 subjects.
The original base cards also have Blue Metallic /299, Silver Metallic /99, Green Metallic /50 and Gold Metallic 1/1 versions. The 30 insert subjects have their own foil, canvas, wood, acetate and metal editions. Each treatment is physically distinct and requires a matching photograph, not a borrowed base-card image.
Autograph signers, dual and triple autograph books, bunker film-production relics, signature pen relics and additional sketch/medallion products belong to different original collectible groups. Their inclusion in the source directory does not mean all parallel and relic editions have been individually photographed or fully indexed.
