How to identify the original High Tek printings

There are 112 original numbered characters. Numbers 1–56 use Form 1, and 57–112 use Form 2. The manufacturer listed five distinctive acetate backgrounds for each form. This archive gives every numbered character-and-pattern combination its own physical record. Pattern names should be checked against the actual card's acetate design because published visual guides sometimes differ in naming and rarity order.

Fifteen image short prints feature alternate character photos and are independent of the five standard backgrounds. Topps listed 15 short prints as entries #1–15. The Trading Card Database separately labels the recognizable photo variants 1a/1b Luke, 2a/2b Leia, 3a/3b Han Solo, 5a/5b Palpatine, 7a C-3PO, 10a Lando, 36a Anakin, 37a/37b Obi-Wan, 40a Padmé and 44a Boba Fett. These database labels are reference identifiers and are not confirmed as numbers printed on the physical cards. They should not inherit ordinary base card photographs. Moments of Power has 15 cards, Tek Heads has 15 and Armor Tek has 10. Numbered diffractors, autographs, proofs and artist sketches are documented additional collectible families, but are not claimed as individually pictured here.

Individual High Tek scans have not yet been confirmed for this archive. Rather than showing hundreds of unrelated images or oversized empty thumbnails, the records below display source-backed titles, card identities and shopping searches. New matching images can be added without changing the original records.
