The Balmorra mission chain rescues decoder Numen Brock at Camp Vigil, opens the Nebula weapons trail and ends inside the Balmorran Arms Factory. This is the Smuggler class mission, not the Republic planetary liberation chain.

Follow the class-story objectives
Speak to Sixer after Behind Enemy Lines to learn that Numen Brock is imprisoned at Camp Vigil.
Deliver the stims to the cantina, vehicle depot and Imperial Headquarters listed by the class objectives.
Find Private Wicke, investigate the prison and meet Akaavi Spar during the rescue.
Obtain the overseer's security code, unlock the security door controls and meet Akaavi at Cell 665.
Locate Numen Brock, speak with him and use the emergency evacuation elevator.
Contact Numen Brock through the holoterminal to finish the prison rescue and advance to Payload.

Player tip: Jailbreaking and Resistance Rescue are bonus objectives; freeing 6 additional prisoners is not a requirement for the rescue.

After rescuing Numen Brock, use the secure holoterminal shown in your class-story journal.
Read the decoded shipment lead, then travel to the marked Nebula weapons location.
Complete the secure-site investigation and required story confrontation.
Speak with Moff Tyrak when his location is revealed to begin A Farewell to Arms.

A Farewell to Arms

Follow the class-story objectives
Speak with Moff Tyrak following Payload.
Travel to the Balmorran Arms Factory and rendezvous with the Republic escort at the purple mission marker.
Enter the shipment depot and complete the class objective concerning the stored Nebula weapons.
Finish the Moff Tyrak and escort story dialogue, then return to the XS Freighter.
Use the ship's holoterminal for Convoy before traveling to Hoth.

Finish the mission contact’s last dialogue, use the ship holoterminal or intercom when requested, and inspect the main mission journal.
