Voss · Rogun's beast trade and tribunal: mission walkthrough
The Voss storyline investigates the creature assassins Rogun is purchasing. Two missions independently follow Buyer's Remorse: the main Exchange buyer operation and A Brother's Request. After Corruption, Paying Your Debts exists only for the tribunal outcome that blames Lokir-Ka.
6 indexed story missions. Each has a clear prerequisite, quest contact and numbered route, with separately unlocked or conditional missions distinctly labeled. Bonus and planetary quests are never treated as mandatory class-story objectives.

Travel to Voss and follow the purple Smuggler mission marker to the contacts involved in the beast trade.
Complete the opening Voss lead and activate your holocom.
Follow Out of the Frying Pan for the main Rogun investigation; A Brother's Request is an independently unlocked story entry.
Where players get stuck: A Brother's Request and Out of the Frying Pan both list Buyer's Remorse as their parent. Do not make either one an invented gate for the other.

Find Kindra Gann and complete the story conversation and objectives shown in your journal.
Return to Out of the Frying Pan for the main Rogun smuggling investigation.

Follow the purple mission marker into the relevant Voss confrontation phase.
Fight or negotiate through the required Jela and Sith encounter.
Finish the adjudicators' decision and return to the freighter holoterminal for The Butcher.
If your tribunal choice assigns Paying Your Debts, follow that conditional story entry as directed.

Talk to Lokir-Ka and review the mandated supply delivery.
Follow the indicated Voss settler-delivery objective and complete the handoff.
Continue to The Butcher, which also unlocks directly from Corruption.

CONDITIONAL STORY: Only available if the Voss tribunal assigns restitution after blaming Lokir-Ka. You do not need to complete it to unlock The Butcher.
Where players get stuck: Most Smugglers do not receive this depending on their verdict. Never search for Paying Your Debts if your story did not assign it.

Finish the final dialogue and use your XS Freighter holoterminal where the purple tracker directs. If the next mission is not listed, check its actual prerequisite, not a bonus quest. On Voss, a separate diplomacy story and a tribunal-specific restitution task may or may not appear without blocking the main Rogun investigation.
