The Nihil exploit mobility and fragmentation.

Marchion Ro and inherited strategy

Marchion Ro builds on knowledge and grievances inherited through his family while reshaping the Nihil into a larger political threat. Leadership matters because he understands that spectacular violence can reorganize how the Republic behaves. The goal is not merely theft. It is to make expansion costly and public confidence fragile.
