Legacy of the Rakata | Exact Imperial route
Complete the final Forged Alliances Flashpoint on Rakata Prime. Speak to Jakarro, clear War Chief Rehkta, click the Rakata weapon caches, enter the Temple roof and expose Arkous and Darok. Finish with the tiny blue button on the green holoterminal.
Mode and story notes: Story/Solo and linked Imperial Forged Alliances: Part III from level 53+; Veteran for groups at eligible lower levels; Master for coordinated level-80 groups. The outer Prelude quest must be active when completing the Story instance.

Finish Depths of Manaan first
Complete DEPTHS OF MANAAN and speak to LANA BENIKO and THERON SHAN on Manaan, then return to Lana on the FLEET to finish FORGED ALLIANCES: PART II.

Return to Lana's Fleet story phase
Use the Imperial Fleet WEST ELEVATOR → OUTBOUND MISSION HANGAR. Follow the green story-phase door and speak to LANA BENIKO. This begins FORGED ALLIANCES: PART III.

Locate Legacy of the Rakata's Fleet door
Remain on OUTBOUND MISSION HANGAR and follow the mission marker to LEGACY OF THE RAKATA's colored Flashpoint door; there is no requirement to fly to Rakata Prime by ship.

Repeatable solo entry via L3-R3
For a replay, speak to DROID L3-R3 beside the door and select START STORY MODE at level 53+, then walk inside.

Verify the outer Part III quest
To advance the Imperial story, FORGED ALLIANCES: PART III must be active along with [STORY] Legacy of the Rakata. Running just the repeatable Story instance will not replay the one-time Lana/Theron story.

Use Activity Finder only for repeatable solo runs
Activity Finder → SOLO → LEGACY OF THE RAKATA → TRAVEL. This is useful for replay or joining a friend but does not substitute for required Fleet story conversations.

If the Combat Support Droid disappears
In Story Mode click the BLUE SUPPORT-DROID SYMBOL near the active mission tracker or activate the mission item in Inventory → MISSION ITEMS. If both are missing after dropping another Story instance, that is a reported quest bug, not an indication that this Flashpoint should be run in Veteran.

Where to go and what to click next

Speak to Jakarro
Upon entering RAKATA PRIME, locate and SPEAK TO JAKARRO. Complete the conversation to advance the opening Temple of the Ancients approach.

Locate the Temple of the Ancients
Follow the winding jungle path toward the TEMPLE OF THE ANCIENTS; do not search for an entrance on the Galaxy Map.

Progress Past the Rakatan Village
Move through Rakatan villages and the WRECKED SHIP route. Either clear defenders or follow a coordinated skip around the large initial boulder, then through the wreckage.

Defeat War Chief Rehkta and the Savage War Beast
In the early encounter, fight REHKTA alongside the RANCOR-LIKE SAVAGE WAR BEAST. Move out of fire and floor warnings before advancing.

Continue to the Temple of the Ancients
Proceed deeper along the quest-marked path, through ruined Rakatan architecture toward a series of supply caches.

Destroy Rakata Weapon Caches
Look for GLOWING BLUE CRATES marked as RAKATA WEAPON CACHES and RIGHT-CLICK the required number. These are mission objects, not simply enemy drops.

Continue to the Temple
Follow the open jungle/ruins passage toward Commander Rand. Master Mode groups may encounter an optional Infinite Army Prototype before the commander.

Defeat Commander Rand
Rand summons Infinite Army support. He marks RED FIRE CIRCLES on the ground; you can position some lesser enemies inside them to burn them.

Access the Inner Temple Door
Once Rand falls, the next objective is ACCESS THE INNER TEMPLE DOOR. Find and RIGHT-CLICK its highlighted control; continuing to kill adds does not open it.

Head to the Temple Roof
Follow the newly opened temple route upward until the quest updates to HEAD TO THE TEMPLE ROOF.

Confront Darth Arkous and Colonel Darok
Fight DARTH ARKOUS and COLONEL DAROK on the roof. Move out of visible ground danger; in MASTER MODE two targeted BLUE CIRCLES must stay apart rather than overlap.

Contact Theron and Lana via Holoterminal
After both enemies die, find the GREEN COMPUTER with a TINY GLOWING BLUE BUTTON and RIGHT-CLICK it. This completes CONTACT THERON AND LANA VIA HOLOTERMINAL.

Leave through the proper exit
Use the glowing escape pillar or nearby shuttle, or the Exit Area button if the pillar is missing. Do not leave before the holoterminal interaction is complete.

Resume Shadow of Revan story
Follow the purple FORGED ALLIANCES: PART III turn-in/handoff to LANA BENIKO and the Shadow of Revan main expansion. The Flashpoint's boss kill alone does not complete the outer quest.
Optional activities: MASTER ONLY: Infinite Army Prototype after bonus enemy kills. It casts Unstable Barrier and may require line-of-sight cover. For normal Story completion, all weapon-cache clicks and the final tiny-blue-button holoterminal remain mandatory.

War Chief Rehkta and Savage War Beast
Where: Rakatan Village before the weapon-cache objective.

Target the War Chief and beast
Both enemies are part of the first major encounter; maintain aggro and clear dangerous supporting enemies.

Avoid the fire on the ground
Move out of floor fire telegraphs when they appear.

Continue to weapon caches
The follow-up objective is not another boss: find and CLICK the blue Rakata weapon crates.
Stuck here? Defeating Rehkta does not finish the temple route. The next objective requires glowing BLUE RAKATA WEAPON CACHES.
Where is the Imperial manual entrance to Legacy of the Rakata?
Imperial Fleet → WEST ELEVATOR → OUTBOUND MISSION HANGAR. The repeatable STORY quest comes from L3-R3 next to the colored Flashpoint door; the linked Part III quest comes from Lana.
The original guide reports that in some modes the glowing pillar can fail to appear. Use the nearby SHUTTLE or Exit Area once the holoterminal objective has registered.
Make sure FORGED ALLIANCES: PART III was active on this Story Flashpoint, finish Contact Theron and Lana via Holoterminal, then return to Lana's story step.
