Inferno | Complete mission walkthrough

Sith acolyte healing, a jump pad and a two-Lord boss finale.

STORY / VETERAN / MASTERFOUR-PLAYER CONTENT10 NAVIGATION STEPS

01 · IMPERIAL FLEET

Where to start Inferno

On Imperial Fleet / Vaiken Spacedock, find the Combat Training sector and its glowing blue Uprising table. Choose the Story, Veteran or Master terminal, then select Inferno. Accept or share the same difficulty with your party; choose a matching Weekly if desired. Use the shuttle icon beside the mission in your quest journal to enter, or use the shuttle in Inventory → Mission Items.

Not a solo Flashpoint: Story means easier four-player content, without the scripted Flashpoint combat support droid. Manual group entry is available. Activity Finder playlists have changed between updates; the Fleet mission table remains the dependable place to select any named Uprising. If starting a new Uprising after abandoning another, the group leader can right-click character portrait → Additional Commands → Phase → Reset All Active Flashpoints, but this loses progress in the previous phase.

02 · OBJECTIVE-BY-OBJECTIVE ROUTE

Where to go, what to click, and what comes next

Follow these numbered steps in order. Controls are called out where defeating enemies is not sufficient to move the quest forward. Do not confuse optional achievements with required doors or boss phases.

  1. 01

Fight through the opening Sith waves

The first RED DOOR remains closed until all enemies fall. Kill SITH ACOLYTES first because they heal the other Sith.

  2. 02

    Defeat Lord Wrad

Kill Acolytes when their PURPLE IMMUNITY BUBBLES fade, then Sith Adepts, then Wrad. He moves slowly but hits hard when in range.

  3. 03

    Find T4-9K Excavator

Follow the newly opened volcanic walkway into the excavator chamber.

  4. 04

    Defeat the excavator safely

OIL SLICK mainly reduces accuracy; FLAME BURST is the damaging attack to avoid. Master adds ENERGIZING PROBES that need manual targeting or AoE.

  5. 05

Avoid a reset while using medpacs

Stay near the excavator arena; pulling it toward far-away medpacs can RESET THE ENCOUNTER.

  6. 06

    Use the yellow jump pad

After T4-9K, STEP ONTO THE YELLOW JUMP PAD to reach the upper catwalks; do not try an ordinary jump.

  7. 07

    Optional: observe the agent

After the jump pad, TURN LEFT behind shipping crates and follow the ramp-like ledge to a hidden agent. Not required for progression.

  8. 08

Gather everyone at the top catwalk

The final arena can lock out late party members. Make sure all four players are within its door BEFORE attacking.

  9. 09

Defeat Lord Zanisk and Lord Adacin

They fight in alternating phases. Lower both near the same health before finishing because one dying early empowers the other.

  10. 10

    Use Exit Area

Finish both Lords and leave; no need to reverse the jump-pad path.

03 · ENCOUNTERS IN ORDER

Named encounters and fighting priorities

  1. 01 · Lord Wrad
  2. 02 · T4-9K Excavator
  3. 03 · Lord Zanisk and Lord Adacin

The step-by-step route above explains the mechanics alongside the point where you actually encounter each boss. Encounter labels can include a wave or objective rather than a conventional single boss.

04 · TROUBLESHOOTING

When the mission will not advance

Where do I start this Uprising?

Imperial Fleet → COMBAT TRAINING → GLOWING BLUE UPRISING TABLE → pick Inferno on the correct difficulty terminal → click the SHUTTLE ICON beside the quest.

Why does the next door not open?

Check whether your current objective requires a remaining enemy wave, a glowing blue console, or a temporary ability. Work through the numbered route instead of attempting to skip the locked door.

Is Story mode a solo story instance?

No. Story is the easier FOUR-PLAYER UPRISING difficulty; experienced players can sometimes solo one with an appropriate companion, but this is not the supported Solo Flashpoint style.

Where are the original in-game screenshots?

The original source guide linked at the bottom includes game-client screenshots for this Uprising. This IDS article does not substitute an invented map.

Original maps, encounter screenshots, and verification

Read the original illustrated source if you need to recognize a particular blue console, grapple point, arena entrance or mission item. IDS directions are research-based and should not be mistaken for hands-on testing in the current game client or a substitute official map.
