Republic Forged Alliances: every mission and story Flashpoint
Follow the Republic prelude to Shadow of Revan. Start with T3-G2 on Carrick Station, speak with Colonel Darok, run Korriban Incursion BEFORE Assault on Tython, then continue through Manaan and Rakata Prime. Imperial players have different contacts and opening order.
3 purple story missions · 4 required Flashpoints · 68 practical direction steps. Each mission ends with a large, direct continuation link.
Complete the original class story and the Republic Makeb campaign if following the modern chronological story prerequisites. Your in-game Eras Window determines availability.
Travel to CARRICK STATION (Republic Fleet). Go to the EASTERN ELEVATOR and speak to astromech T3-G2 with the purple quest marker.
Select the OUTBOUND MISSION HANGAR level on that same east elevator.
Enter the GREEN phase door to speak to Colonel Darok. The first Flashpoint is Korriban Incursion, not Assault on Tython.
Story mode is intended for the narrative sequence; if a Flashpoint will not advance the mission, verify the [STORY] quest in your active journal.
Progression requirement: current 7.x guides list level 53+ for story-mode Flashpoints. Reported changes after 7.7.1 may require class story, Ilum and Rise of the Hutt Cartel before the prelude. Use your actual mission log and Eras Window rather than attempting an unrelated repeatable Flashpoint.

Where to go and what to do next
On Carrick Station (Republic Fleet), locate astromech T3-G2 beside the FAR EAST elevator. Accept Shadow of Revan: Prelude / Forged Alliances: Part I if it is available.
Use the east-side elevator to reach the OUTBOUND MISSION HANGAR, not an unrelated fleet deck. Track the purple story mission in your log.
Enter Colonel Darok's GREEN story-phase door in the hangar and finish his briefing with Theron Shan.
Leave the briefing room and head SOUTH within the Outbound Mission Hangar to the KORRIBAN INCURSION Flashpoint entrance. Enter the linked [STORY] mission rather than an unrelated Veteran or Master replay.
Complete Korriban Incursion, including the Sith Academy security terminal at the end. Use Exit Area or the glowing exit object to return to the Republic Fleet.
RETURN TO COLONEL DAROK in his same green hangar office. His conversation is required to advance the first campaign mission.
Return to the SOUTHERN hangar side and enter ASSAULT ON TYTHON in [STORY] mode as the next objective. The Imperial story completes these first two Flashpoints in the opposite order.
After securing the Jedi Temple Council Holoterminal, leave Assault on Tython and RETURN TO DAROK again for the follow-up dialogue.
Go back up to the CENTRAL REPUBLIC FLEET CANTINA. On its counter, interact with the GLOWING BLUE BOTTLE to begin the private meeting with Theron Shan and conclude Part I.
Follow the new Part II instruction to meet Theron on Manaan. If you have not received it, check whether the Fleet Cantina bottle conversation finished.
WHERE TO GO: Carrick Station east elevator → Outbound Mission Hangar, southern Korriban door
Required objectives, in order
Enter Republic STORY Korriban Incursion when Part I explicitly asks for it.
Advance through the hostile grounds and defeat the four Ground Force Commanders.
Defeat Lord Renning. If his beasts cause trouble, clear them first.
Ride the first elevator platform upward; then activate the BLUE freight-elevator controls to reach the next section.
Defeat the Imperial Commandos, then speak with Lieutenant Bickell when directed by the story.
Approach the Upper Defenses and defeat the I5-T1 Fortification Droid. Leave red circular damage zones.
CLICK the small blue terminal beside the RED LASER GATE to shut it down.
Enter the Sith Academy and defeat Overseer Ragate, Inquisitor Arzanon, Lord Solence and Lord Cestus as directed to acquire FOUR code fragments.
Unlock the COUNCIL ELEVATOR DOOR, ride up and enter the Dark Council Chambers.
Defeat Darth Soverus and use the TERMINAL to secure the Sith Academy. Do not leave before interacting with it.
Use the exit and return directly to Colonel Darok on Carrick Station for the required story conversation.
STUCK ON THIS FLASHPOINT? After Lord Renning, there are TWO lift types: stand on the first platform to ride it, then CLICK the blue freight-elevator button for the second lift. At the laser gate, CLICK the small blue terminal. Before the Dark Council door, collect all FOUR code fragments.

WHERE TO GO: Carrick Station east elevator → Outbound Mission Hangar, southern Tython door
Required objectives, in order
Only start this Flashpoint AFTER reporting Korriban Incursion to Colonel Darok.
Enter the [STORY] Assault on Tython entrance in the southern Outbound Mission Hangar.
Approach the Outer Defenses and destroy the ARTILLERY TARGETING ARRAYS.
Breach the Outer Defenses and defeat Major Travik.
DISABLE the Outer Defenses' FORCEFIELDS before following the temple approach marker.
Proceed toward the Jedi Temple and destroy its DEFENSE BATTERIES.
Defeat Lieutenant Kreshin, then enter the Jedi Temple.
Access the HOLO OBSERVATORY as the objective changes.
Disable the EMERGENCY BACKUP GENERATORS and the LIBRARY FORCEFIELD.
Defeat Lord Goh in the temple.
SECURE the JEDI COUNCIL HOLOTERMINAL at the end. Use Exit Area to return to the Fleet.
Go back to Darok, then to Theron's BLUE BOTTLE at the central Fleet Cantina.
STUCK ON THIS FLASHPOINT? After the first encounter, complete the artillery and forcefield controls; inside the Jedi Temple the LIBRARY FORCEFIELD is a different obstacle from the earlier outer defenses. Finish by clicking the Jedi Council Holoterminal.

If the main quest stops progressing: If the droid or mission is unavailable, inspect the Eras Window and prerequisite campaign chain. The 7.7.1-era changes reported by Swtorista may require completing your class story, Ilum and Makeb first. Story Flashpoints generally require level 53 or higher. Check that each [STORY] objective is actively tracked; repeatable Veteran Flashpoints do not substitute for these story steps.

Where to go and what to do next
After completing the Fleet Cantina BLUE BOTTLE meeting in Part I, follow the purple objective to Manaan via your ship or the Manaan shuttle pass in your tracker.
On Manaan, walk SOUTH toward the large story-phase door. Enter the meeting room to speak with Theron Shan.
After the briefing, check that your journal now tracks [STORY] Depths of Manaan.
Leave Theron's meeting area and follow Manaan's local map to the DEPTHS OF MANAAN Flashpoint entrance. Do not select an unrelated Veteran mode.
Complete the underwater Genetics Lab storyline, including the security grid, Rakata terminals and escape sequence.
After the Flashpoint, RETURN TO THERON SHAN on Manaan; the conversation introduces Lana Beniko and explains the Order of Revan.
Travel back to CARRICK STATION. Follow the secluded briefing marker to speak privately with Theron Shan on the Republic Fleet.
Your next purple story mission is Forged Alliances: Part III. Do not proceed to Rishi before finishing the Rakata Prime Flashpoint.
WHERE TO GO: Manaan surface → story meeting room → Depths of Manaan Flashpoint entrance
Required objectives, in order
Start the linked [STORY] Depths of Manaan after Theron's private briefing on Manaan.
Travel into the underwater genetics laboratory using the Flashpoint transport.
Find the SECURITY HUB and shut down the SECURITY GRID.
Defeat Security Commander Sairisi, then CAPTURE the hub to advance the objective.
Proceed toward the lab personnel connected to Darok, Arkous and Doctor Gorima.
Use RAKATA TECHBASE TERMINAL 1 and RAKATA TECHBASE TERMINAL 2 as the mission directs.
Defeat Ortuno. Keep moving out of dangerous electric-water or floor effects.
Follow the ESCAPE THE FACILITY mission marker; this is not the end of the Flashpoint.
Defeat Stivastin during the escape sequence, then finish leaving the laboratory.
Return to Theron Shan on Manaan for the Part II story debrief.
STUCK ON THIS FLASHPOINT? The underwater mission continues AFTER Ortuno; escaping the facility and defeating Stivastin are required. At Ortuno, avoid standing in electrified water during the relevant attacks.

If the main quest stops progressing: On Manaan, the meeting with Theron and the Flashpoint entrance are different locations. If the entrance will not advance the story, finish the Manaan conversation first and track [STORY] Depths of Manaan. If Manaan travel appears unavailable, check your tracker for Shuttle Pass: Manaan.

Where to go and what to do next
On Carrick Station, follow the marker for the SECLUDED MEETING SPOT and speak with Theron Shan to begin Part III.
Take the EAST elevator down to the OUTBOUND MISSION HANGAR to reach the story-linked RAKATA PRIME shuttle/Flashpoint entrance.
Enter the [STORY] Legacy of the Rakata Flashpoint. Do not travel to the wrong faction's Vaiken Spacedock entrance.
On Rakata Prime, meet Jakarro and continue through the Temple of the Ancients route, disabling weapon caches and defeating the required commanders.
Confront Darth Arkous and Colonel Darok near the roof of the Temple of the Ancients. Complete the Flashpoint's terminal/holoterminal steps after the fight.
RETURN TO THERON SHAN on CARRICK STATION after Legacy of the Rakata. This separate debrief is required; the Flashpoint exit alone does not end Part III.
Use the updated mission travel instructions to RETURN TO MANAAN and meet THERON AND LANA together.
Finish this last conversation. Your next main campaign is Shadow of Revan on Rishi, not another Republic Fleet Flashpoint.
WHERE TO GO: Carrick Station east elevator → Outbound Mission Hangar → Rakata Prime and Temple of the Ancients
Required objectives, in order
Enter [STORY] Legacy of the Rakata from the Republic OUTBOUND MISSION HANGAR and speak to Jakarro.
Follow the main path to locate the TEMPLE OF THE ANCIENTS on Rakata Prime.
Advance through the Rakatan Village and defeat War Chief Rehkta when required.
Continue toward the temple and DESTROY the RAKATA WEAPON CACHES.
Keep following the temple approach objectives and defeat Commander Rand.
ACCESS THE INNER TEMPLE DOOR after completing the preceding access objectives.
Go to the TEMPLE ROOF and confront Darth Arkous and Colonel Darok.
After the confrontation, CONTACT THERON AND LANA VIA HOLOTERMINAL to complete the story-linked Flashpoint.
Leave the Flashpoint and return to Theron Shan on Carrick Station, then meet Theron and Lana on Manaan.
STUCK ON THIS FLASHPOINT? Finish the Rakata weapon caches, Commander Rand and the INNER TEMPLE DOOR before the roof confrontation. After Arkous and Darok, use the HOLOTERMINAL and return to Theron on the Fleet.

If the main quest stops progressing: If the quest points back to Carrick Station after Arkous and Darok, do not start a repeatable Legacy of the Rakata run. Return to Theron on Fleet first, THEN travel to Manaan for the final Theron-and-Lana meeting.
If a Flashpoint will not complete your story mission
1. Track Forged Alliances: Part I, II or III in the purple story journal. Enter the [STORY] Flashpoint the tracked objective requests, not a Veteran or Master replay.
2. At the end, finish the named console, holoterminal or boss objective. Use Exit Area, then return to your story contact. Part I requires TWO separate Darok reports.
3. If the support droid disappears, check the combat support icon next to your Flashpoint tracker and the Mission Items inventory tab. Only abandon and restart the [STORY] Flashpoint if you accept losing its current progress.
4. If the planet marker appears missing, check the current MAP FLOOR and whether your mission requires a fleet elevator, shuttle or green story phase. Never use an Imperial-specific contact to continue the Republic story.
After Part III: what do I click next?
After reporting to Theron on Carrick Station, return to Manaan to meet Theron and Lana. That final conversation concludes Forged Alliances. Then begin the Shadow of Revan storyline on Rishi.
