Follow the Tomb sector route to beast vault Z-26 and locate Conrad Gall.
Resolve the Dagger Wing confrontation and finish its story dialogue.
Return to your Thunderclap and use the holoterminal for Objective: A-77.
Stuck? If the current purple marker is inside the Tomb, change your Belsavis map to the appropriate security sector; do not roam the open prison surface.

If the next quest is absent, finish the final story dialogue, use the Thunderclap holoterminal or check the class map phase.
