Choose the Contact Sawtooth Operation
On the HoloTable, resolve Contact Sawtooth first. The published guide describes a safer communication approach and a closer, injury-risking approach. The Operation unlocks the Ryloth mission; it is not itself the tactical rescue.

Reach Sawtooth at upper right
Once deployed with Hawks and Trick, follow the rescue objective toward the upper-right area. Split only enough to hold safe firing angles; keep the rescuers within mutual support range.

Trigger extraction on the left
Reaching Sawtooth activates a new evacuation zone on the left. Reorient the entire squad instead of spending extra turns clearing infinite or irrelevant enemies.

Evacuate everyone you want to keep
Hawks, Trick and Sawtooth are the protected evac requirements. The guide warns that other operators left on the battlefield can be lost permanently even if the mission finishes, so get all four deployed squadmates into the extraction area whenever possible.

Stuck? Resolve the objective
Sawtooth is rescued but the objective continues
Reaching Sawtooth activates an extraction stage on the other side of the map. Move the required survivors toward the newly marked landing zone rather than trying to eliminate every distant enemy.

The observed rescue warns that an extra operator left outside the extraction area can be lost even after protected characters escape. Move all deployed squadmates to evacuation when possible, not just Hawks, Trick and Sawtooth.
