ROUTE PHASE 01 / 4
LAUNCH
Use the starting traffic to read the main line; do not commit to a blind alternative before you have established where the route rejoins.
The main layout is a two-lap circuit. Other variants differ.

JAKKU / EARLY TOUR / ROUTE CHOICES
Debris Dunes is an early Jakku race used during Act I. The main forward layout has five route checkpoints and fourteen alternative lines listed in the track atlas. Your campaign event objective and reward can vary by node, so read the briefing instead of assuming every appearance requires first place.
01 / Race brief
Use a predictable landspeeder unless you already know the faster classes. On the tour map, inspect the event rules and connecting branches. The external database also lists special and reverse versions, so confirm which configuration your event actually uses.
If you take the wrong fork, prioritize reconnecting to the marked course rather than forcing a risky jump to recover immediately.
02 / Practical step-by-step
Select a stage to read the corresponding driving plan. These stages follow the progression of a race, not undocumented geographic checkpoint coordinates. Use the mapped course link above for the actual road and gates.

ROUTE PHASE 02 / 4
The route database confirms five checkpoints on the main forward layout. Track their order in the external map, and practice passing them without wide corrections.
The published database supplies a count, not a verified written left/right instruction for each checkpoint.
ROUTE PHASE 03 / 4
Use Arcade practice to compare a broad and a narrow choice if one appears. Count a route as useful only after it preserves checkpoints and improves a clean-lap time.
The existence of 14 alt lines is verified; specific fastest shortcuts are not confirmed here.
ROUTE PHASE 04 / 4
Repeat the consistent line you learned on lap one, then use boost on the straights whose exits you can see.
Avoid late shunts alongside wreckage when protecting the tour matters more than an optional win.
03 / Visual reference
These sourced screenshots help identify game interfaces, track environments and vehicle handling. When a shot was taken on a different circuit or a preview build, it is not presented as a frame from this exact named track. Click to enlarge.
04 / Route selection
14 alternative lines are recorded for this route configuration, and 5 checkpoints are documented in the course database. That does not mean each branch is faster, marked in-game as a shortcut or safe for every vehicle. The atlas has top-down and 3D geometry; inspect it before committing to a fork.
IDS has not personally driven this game or extracted checkpoint coordinates. We do not claim a specific left-right turn or shortest line without matching gameplay/map evidence.
CHECK MAP AND 3D ROUTE ↗05 / Evidence
This guide references a post-launch route database for route length, checkpoint count and variants; a published walkthrough, developer or gameplay reference for event context; and original screenshot sources linked below each image.
