Save four attacking slots when you have the right Nest and an older Ewok defense. The January 2026 archive reports 24 wins and no losses for Nest alone against Chirpa, Elder, Logray, Paploo and Wicket. The historical note specifies a 145% Tenacity Zeta Nest. That is not a proven minimum, a Season 84 prediction or a guarantee against newer Ewoks.
The detailed community table identifies Nest as the only attacker and these five as defenders, showing 24 successes and zero recorded losses. The historical player note specifies 145% Tenacity and Nest's Zeta. That is evidence of a particular setup, not a safe outcome for every Nest.
Princess Kneesaa brings additional Ewok assistance, True Damage and defensive buffs. New Ewok and Paploo Datacrons, different fifths and improved mods can overturn the old observation. A mixed squad is not comparable just because Chief Chirpa is leader.
Resource note: A successful 1v5 attack can conserve four units, but the attempt still costs your Grand Arena battle if Nest cannot survive or finishes too slowly.
02 / ENEMY RECONNAISSANCE
Five Ewok jobs Nest must handle
01Chief ChirpaEwok leader / assist and Turn Meter
02Ewok ElderHealing, debuff removal and revivals
03LograyMass Daze, Turn Meter removal and buffs
04PaplooTaunt, Speed Down and extra Speed
05WicketBurst, Stealth and Ewok support
The only attacking unit is Enfys Nest. Chirpa drives assisted attacks, Elder can cleanse and revive, Logray brings Daze and Turn Meter removal, Paploo Taunts, and Wicket contributes damaging Ewok actions. Matching all five matters more than matching just the leader.
Solo attacker: Nest
ONE HIGH-TENACITY ENFYS NESTVS.FIVE CLASSIC CHIRPA EWOKS
Survive the first assist chain, resist Daze and finish Elder's revive threat while stacks are under control.
03 / CORE GAMEPLAY MECHANICS
Why Nest can resist an assist-heavy team
NEST · FIGHTING INSTINCT
Every surviving hit can increase Bonus Protection
At the fully upgraded Zeta tier, Nest has 80% Counter Chance and ignores Taunt on her own turn. Whenever an attack damages her, she gains 40% stacking Bonus Protection and extra Critical Chance; the Bonus Protection increases on successive hits and resets at the end of her next turn. She also accumulates Critical Damage and Health Steal when enemies lose buffs or debuffs.
NEST · CUT THROUGH / SUDDEN IMPACT
A solo attacker still has control tools
Cut Through cannot be evaded and dispels defensive buffs when present while applying Expose at the full tier. Sudden Impact deals single-target damage, inflicts Buff Immunity for three turns and Stun for one, and deals more damage if Protection remains. With upgraded Fighting Instinct, Nest can bypass Paploo's Taunt on her own turn.
EWOK LEADER + ELDER
Ewok assists can become a long Turn Meter chain
Chief Chirpa's leader ability grants Ewok allies Turn Meter for Basic attacks and can call bonus assists when Specials are used. Elder's Tribal Healer clears debuffs and heals, while Power of the Forest revives a fallen ally. Nest must land permanent eliminations, or the forest team can rebuild.
LOGRAY, PAPLOO AND NEWER EWOKS
Daze and changed fifths are material risks
Logray's Hypnotize can dispel a buff, remove Turn Meter and apply Daze to all enemies. Daze suppresses Nest's counters and Turn Meter gains. Paploo applies Taunt and Speed Down; high-Potency Logray versus low-Tenacity Nest is a real failure condition. A Princess Kneesaa lineup adds powerful newer bonuses and is not covered by the original 24–0 sample.
Tenacity is a comparison, not a universal magic number.
The archive author reported a 145% Tenacity Zeta Nest. Actual debuff resistance depends on Logray's Potency, Nest's Tenacity, ability text and other active modifiers. Reproducing that one number alone does not prove the counter.

Decision 1 / 4Solo Nest · historic 5v5 slot
01 / IDENTIFY
DECISION 1 / FOUR
Confirm the five old-school Ewoks
The 24–0 January 2026 record is Nest alone against Chief Chirpa, Ewok Elder, Logray, Paploo and Wicket. All five matter for the comparison.
Change of plan: Princess Kneesaa, different fifths or a current Datacron mean a different battle. Do not convert the old sample into a prediction.
02 / RESIST
DECISION 2 / FOUR
Build enough Tenacity to survive Logray
The historical archive specifically notes a zeta Nest modded at 145% Tenacity. The matchup depends on resisting enemy debuffs so counters and recovery remain available.
Change of plan: If Logray lands Daze, Nest temporarily loses her counterattacks. Check the actual Tenacity-versus-Potency matchup.
03 / GROW
DECISION 3 / FOUR
Let incoming attacks build Bonus Protection
Fighting Instinct grants stacking Bonus Protection when Nest is damaged. It becomes larger as the Ewoks land consecutive attacks, helping her survive their assist cycle.
Change of plan: The stacks expire and reset at the end of Nest's next turn. This is not permanent health or indefinite immunity.
04 / CLOSE
DECISION 4 / FOUR
Deal with Ewok Elder's ability to revive
Elder can cleanse the team, heal and revive a fallen ally. Nest's Sudden Impact Stun/Buff Immunity and Cut Through dispel can help create openings to remove Elder or another reachable threat.
Change of plan: If you cannot prevent Elder's repeated recovery, the solo attack may time out or fail. Watch current buffs and remaining battle time.
04 / CONDITIONAL 1V5 WALKTHROUGH
Six decisions before spending the solo attack
The following checks explain mechanics and priorities, not an exact historical move-by-move battle recording. A changed fifth, Daze or a large relic gap requires fresh decisions.
01
Check this is an actual 1v5 Grand Arena attack
Nest must occupy the sole attacker slot: no Qi'ra lead, no Clone Wars Chewbacca and no other allies. The source records Nest solo, not a two- or three-character counter.
02
Match the exact five defenders
The relevant history is Chirpa, Elder, Logray, Paploo and Wicket. Check their relics, Logray's Potency, Ewok Omicrons, Datacrons and whether Princess Kneesaa or another replacement is present.
03
Inspect Nest's ability tiers, mods and survival
Fully upgraded Fighting Instinct provides Taunt ignore and stronger stacking protection. The old report names 145% Tenacity on a Zeta Nest. That is one historical example, not a universal minimum or guaranteed safety threshold.
04
Avoid being locked down by Logray's Daze
Logray's Hypnotize can inflict mass Daze, reducing the value of Nest's counters. If you lose counterattacks, do not blindly continue as though the stacking engine remains unaffected.
05
Use Buff Immunity, Stun and dispel strategically
Sudden Impact can stop Elder or another key action; Cut Through can clear defensive buffs and expose an enemy. Nest can ignore Paploo's Taunt only when her Zeta is active, and only on her own turns.
06
Eliminate permanently and track the clock
Try to remove the Ewoks' revival and recovery source when safely reachable. Elder can revive a defeated Ewok and Chirpa helps the team cycle turns, so scattered attacks may not produce a permanent five-to-four advantage.
INTERACTIVE / SOLO ATTACK FAILURE DIAGNOSIS
What interrupted the Enfys Nest counter?
Choose the first event that caused trouble. This is a local research helper, not an account or replay connection.
Nest is Dazed and no longer counterattacks
Logray can inflict mass Daze with Hypnotize. Without counters, Nest gets fewer attacks and less opportunity to control the Ewoks. Review Tenacity, Logray Potency and the active debuff duration.
I cannot get past Paploo's Taunt
The Taunt-ignore clause belongs to Fighting Instinct at its fully upgraded Zeta tier and applies on Nest's own turn. If missing, use Buff Immunity and Cut Through while avoiding unsafe targets.
Nest loses her large Bonus Protection unexpectedly
Fighting Instinct's Bonus Protection is temporary. It expires and resets at the end of Nest's next turn. The fight can turn dangerous after a turn cycle if her base durability is insufficient.
Ewok Elder revives a defeated enemy
Elder's Power of the Forest revives a random fallen ally, while Tribal Healer can heal and has a chance to revive allies. Prioritize a safe finish on Elder when possible and respect the current Taunt, buffs and cooldown.
Princess Kneesaa or a new Datacron changes the matchup
Kneesaa supplies assists, damage and defensive benefits not reflected in the precise Chirpa/Elder/Logray/Paploo/Wicket historical row. Present-day Paploo Datacrons and relic investments can also change the opening. Do not treat the old record as live odds.
