Can I gear without a guild?
Yes. Solo Conquest, repeatable tasks and certain solo-capable Flashpoints offer paths, though top gearing may be slower.
IMPERIAL DARK SECTOR / SWTOR ENDGAME
You do not have to raid to have an endgame. This page gives an efficient route through Conquest, repeatable Heroics, optional side stories, reputation, companions, collection and Strongholds.
Current versus announced: SWTOR 7.9 still uses the level-80 endgame. Masters of the Force 8.0, level 85 and Children of Nul have been announced but are not part of this live guide. 8.0 research and release status →
ROUTE 01 / 04
The normal personal target is 100,000 points PER character.
Select the current weekly objectives and review the reward preview instead of relying on an old static schedule.
Choose a Daily Area weekly, Heroics or Dynamic Encounters that also earn Conquest points.
The three-person Activity Finder → SOLO tab can shuttle you to many Heroics and Daily Area starts.
At level 80 this typically grants Conquest Commendations and Tech Fragments. Guild completion rewards are separate and conditional.
ROUTE 02 / 04
One-time story missions and repeatable mission boards are different.
The post-catastrophe Ziost daily area is separate from the original living-city quest phase. Finish the story first.
Good distinct repeatable areas. Black Hole is on Corellia; CZ-198 is its own small hub.
The Enemy Within uses Coalition tasks that overlap daily content. If you have not finished the purple 0/6 story yet, do it BEFORE burning those daily lockouts.
Later expansion repeatable areas include reputation and side rewards. Check entitlement and story unlocks on your character.
Watch for: Not all planetary daily areas automatically unlock merely by travelling to the planet.
ROUTE 03 / 04
Not everyone wants a bigger gear number.
Level companion Influence, complete Alliance Alerts and recruitment missions where unlocked. A Heal-role companion can help many solo fights.
Unlocked through Fallen Empire-era progression; these are separate challenge activities, not the required 16 or nine chapter story.
Find reputation vendors, earn mounts, pets, outfit pieces and Stronghold decorations; achievements also provide trackable goals.
Search exploration, lore objects, difficult jumping routes and secret achievements using real maps.
Check LOGIN & SEASONS REWARDS for the ACTIVE season's weekly objectives and claimable rewards; time-limited seasons differ from permanent daily zones.
ROUTE 04 / 04
Avoid grinding rewards that cannot buy what you want.
Useful at the Conquest vendor and some material exchanges; read the current vendor.
Important for Legendary Implants and other specialist purchases.
Related to Flashpoint equipment upgrades; solo routes for these materials exist but are slower than focused group play.
Use for equipment purchases, cosmetics, Stronghold costs and player-market shopping. Always compare price and practical need before purchasing.
PRACTICAL TROUBLESHOOTING
Yes. Solo Conquest, repeatable tasks and certain solo-capable Flashpoints offer paths, though top gearing may be slower.
Activity Finder → SOLO, then choose an unlocked Heroic or daily destination.
The storyline changes the planet. The post-event daily area is separate.
Some daily tasks overlap Coalition missions. Complete the purple The Enemy Within chain before repeating them.
Guidance is researched from published SWTOR player guides and official information. Exact vendor prices, gear stats, PvP season dates and queues can change by game update. These routes are not claimed to be hands-on tested inside the current game client. This guide is not affiliated with Broadsword or Lucasfilm.
