AFTER THIS MISSIONUse the evidence to track the mediator and ask the Cortess escort about another consultation.

  1. Step 1. Meet Vector Hyllus and receive the assignment to investigate mediator Denri Ayl's financial connections.
  2. Step 2. Travel to House Alde and find the mediator's records room using the class-story marker.
  3. Step 3. Enter the records room and access Denri Ayl's records terminal to download the evidence.
  4. Step 4. Check that Access Denri Ayl's Records has cleared from your journal before returning.
  5. Step 5. Speak with Vector Hyllus to discuss the evidence concerning Alderaanian noble houses.
  6. Step 6. Complete Vector's follow-up conversation to receive The Assassin's Prize. Confirm the updated objective in your class-story mission log.
  7. Step 7. Travel to House Cortess for the next mission instead of searching the House Alde museum.

AFTER THIS MISSIONThe following mission targets the shield generator in Glarus Valley.

  1. Step 1. After investigating Ayl, meet Baron Peyar Cortess and speak to the House Cortess escort.
  2. Step 2. Follow the escort's lead to Denri Ayl and locate his marked position.
  3. Step 3. Speak to Denri Ayl, then defeat the Rist assassins who interfere with the operation.
  4. Step 4. Deactivate the forcefield that separates you from the next confrontation room. Confirm the updated objective in your class-story mission log.
  5. Step 5. Defeat Denri Ayl and speak to him again when the mission requests dialogue.
  6. Step 6. Search Denri Ayl's computer to collect intelligence on the terrorist-financing arrangement. Confirm the updated objective in your class-story mission log.
  7. Step 7. Return to House Cortess and interact with the House Cortess access panel.
  8. Step 8. Return to Vector Hyllus and finish his remaining dialogue objectives before continuing.
  9. Step 9. The next class mission is The Fall of House Cortess and the Glarus Valley generator.

The Fall of House Cortess

AFTER THIS MISSIONFinish the House Cortess confrontation and return to your ship after both planet branches are complete.

  1. Step 1. Take Vector Hyllus to the House Cortess shield generator in the Glarus Valley.
  2. Step 2. Find the generator facility entrance and follow the mission marker to the protective mechanism.
  3. Step 3. Destroy both the West Generator Release Lock and East Generator Release Lock.
  4. Step 4. Expose the generator core after both release locks have been destroyed. Confirm the updated objective in your class-story mission log.
  5. Step 5. Place the Killik eggs into the core to disable the shield with Vector's assistance.
  6. Step 6. Travel to House Cortess in Kaamos Territory and breach its weakened palace defenses.
  7. Step 7. Enter the palace, find Baron Peyar Cortess and speak to him. Confirm the updated objective in your class-story mission log.
  8. Step 8. Resolve the outcome with the Killik hive, including a fight if you reject the hive's demand.
  9. Step 9. Complete the remaining palace conversation and use the Phantom ship holoterminal to report the operation.
