Who is Sebulba?
The famous Tatooine competitor returns many years after the best-known older races, connecting the League to Podracing's earlier history.
Although races reward an individual pilot, each competitor operates within a larger structure of teams, workshops, patrons and social pressure. The League's expansion after the Empire's fall changes who can enter the sport and who retains enough money or power to shape its rules.
