GARAGE DIRECTORY / FOUR FULL TUTORIALS

Choose your racer.

Learn each vehicle's handling, special move, boosts, weaknesses, upgrade priorities and common mistakes without leaving Imperial Dark Sector. These are complete guides, not redirects to a developer article.

How to build your racer

CHOOSE

Vehicle and Racer Style

Your craft determines the class maneuver and basic handling. An unlocked Racer Style rewards particular actions, such as speed, takedowns or survival.

RACE

Complete a Tour event

The branching map asks you to choose the next event and its potential reward. Different paths can present different hazards and parts.

UPGRADE

Visit Hibi

Hibi fits earned or purchased parts at the paddock. Parts can modify stats, provide abilities and sometimes introduce a fault.

Fuse Games describes up to five parts fitted during a normal run. Some tuning and unlocks can persist beyond a failed tour, while the temporary build changes on the next attempt. Read the individual class guides to decide which stat or maneuver deserves the first investment.

Shared boost systems

Afterburner is a rechargeable controllable burst. Ramjet accelerates harder but produces heat that can destroy the craft. Your class maneuver is separate: Drift, Kinetic Burst, Knife Edge or Podracer airbraking. Learn them independently before stacking effects.

04 / Where next?

Pair vehicle knowledge with the track

Knowing the vehicle is only half the problem. Jakku's wreckage, Ando Prime's cold, Sentinel I's corrosive hazards and Tatooine's specialist Podraces all change the risk of your build. The IDS circuit directory contains 25 named route guides with map links and event-variant warnings.
