IDS GUILD OPERATIONS / RAID INTELLIGENCE

Prepare for your next raid

Build a usable guild raid roster without guessing at eligibility, unreleased mechanics or required purchases. Start with your guild's active event, then decide which upgrades will matter.

01 / PERMANENT RULES

What makes a useful raid roster?

Raids are cooperative Guild activities. A character can be powerful in Grand Arena but ineligible for the current raid, and a unit that qualifies may still perform poorly against the encounter's mechanics. First confirm the active raid, then examine its allowed units, battle modifiers, difficulty requirements and rewards.

01 / ELIGIBILITY

Check exactly who may enter

Read the eligible character list and any limits on stars, gear, relics, faction, Era, or other requirements. A familiar Star Wars character is not necessarily an eligible Galaxy of Heroes unit.

02 / MECHANICS

Read the boss's behavior

Identify the dangerous turn, debuff or enrage-like mechanic that ends attempts. Do not assume mechanics from an older Rancor, Tank, Krayt Dragon or Naboo raid apply elsewhere.

03 / ABILITIES

Develop a complete team

Check abilities that sustain damage, apply buffs, control the boss or keep the squad alive. One expensive Galactic Legend is not automatically superior to a coordinated group of eligible units.

04 / MODS

Assign stats to a real role

Whether Speed, Potency, Health, Protection or damage stats matter depends on the kit and encounter. Use the mod guide to assess each decision.

05 / PARTICIPATION

Follow guild instructions

Guild officers may set expectations around timing, difficulty and team development. Plan around the collective event rather than assuming the guild is running your preferred raid.

06 / REVIEW

Record why a run ended

Was the lineup ineligible, a key ability unavailable, a character too slow, or a boss modifier ignored? Diagnosing the failure helps select the next useful upgrade.

INTERACTIVE / RAID READINESS

Check what is actually ready

Mark the following items only after checking the active event and your guild's plan. This checklist is an editorial preparation aid, not an in-game eligibility checker. Your choices remain in this browser.

02 / OCTOBER 2026 STATUS

Droid Destruction: announced, not released

EA COMMUNITY UPDATE · OCTOBER 5, 2026

Development-stage information

Electronic Arts has announced a forthcoming raid called Droid Destruction with a planned November 2026 launch, following its planned Mandalorian and Grogu Galactic Legend. The scenario draws on a battle with imposing droids guarding a vault on Nal Hutta. EA's announcement makes clear that the development details may change.

EA described a prospective eligible roster drawn from featured and Journey Guide units in the recent Eras. Do not buy packs or spend relic materials assuming the provisional list or tier structure is final. Check the published launch update and in-game eligibility once the raid becomes available.

CONFIRMED AS ANNOUNCEMENT

Working title and setting

Droid Destruction is the announced name. EA has described a Nal Hutta encounter tied to The Mandalorian and Grogu.

PLANNED, NOT FINAL

Release timing

EA targeted November 2026. A target is not a confirmed day or evidence the encounter is live.

RECHECK AT RELEASE

Roster and scoring

Reconfirm allowed units, level thresholds, encounter mechanics and rewards only after official release information or in-game evidence.

03 / IMPROVEMENT PROCESS

How to diagnose a failed raid attempt

  1. Confirm the squad's eligibility for the exact currently active raid and difficulty tier. Do not infer rules from a different encounter.
  2. Read the battle modifier and any boss-specific effects before changing gear or mods. A forced loss may be caused by an ignored mechanic rather than weak damage.
  3. Identify when the attempt breaks down: before the key unit moves, immediately after a special attack, or gradually through low damage and failed recovery.
  4. Check ability activation conditions and which characters supply the crucial effect. A Zeta or Omicron may be mode-limited and may not work as expected in raids.
  5. Change one reasonable element at a time: target priority, turn order, ability use or an eligible substitute. Record the result rather than assuming a small score change proves a universal strategy.
  6. Share the result with your guild and ask whether a different upgrade would help the guild earn its next reward milestone.
No invented damage tables

IDS is not publishing numerical optimal damage targets, undocumented cooldown patterns, auto-battle win rates or fully tested raid rotations without sufficient current evidence.

04 / GUILD WORKFLOW

A repeatable guild raid process

BEFORE THE EVENT

Confirm the target

Officers select the raid and its goals. Members should check whether the guild expects participation, one eligible team or a particular milestone contribution.

WHEN THE EVENT OPENS

Verify live eligibility

Review available battle tiers and allowed units, and record any new mechanics. The same roster might not work after a rotation or revision.

DURING THE EVENT

Attempt and communicate

Complete accessible attempts according to guild rules, record the decisive failure and avoid misrepresenting a partially developed team as ready.

AFTER THE EVENT

Invest in one improvement

Choose one useful character, ability, mod or other requirement to develop. Add it to the saved farming planner before the next event.

A smaller guild may benefit more from consistent participation and realistic team-building than chasing late-game upgrades that few members can complete. Review actual roster eligibility, reward structure and scheduling before making the decision.
