Background and family history
Blizz is a Jawa known for scavenging, inventive repairs and enthusiasm for unfamiliar technology. His movement through dangerous salvage environments demonstrates that a skilled technician can acquire valuable knowledge outside a formal engineering academy. SWTOR's original Holonet presents his work through the activities of Jawa traders and tinkerers rather than through the military command networks that dominate much of the Old Republic story.

Role in the Origin Story
The Bounty Hunter encounters Blizz on Hoth, where abandoned vehicles and military remains make material recovery a practical occupation. Blizz brings the labor of repair, exchange and adaptation into a party otherwise associated with contracts and violence.
